I found Julie on the internet, and gave her a call after reading her previous testimonials. I asked her if she would accept the challenge to sell our townhouse. I warned her of the frustrations she may encounter by having my sister and I as clients. I live in Thunder Bay, my sister lives in Montreal, and our Toronto property was being used by an unreliable tenant. Today, I can say that I am completely grateful that Julie accepted this demanding task to sell our property. Julie got the troublesome tenant to move out, she got our property cleaned, and most importantly, she got our property sold. She did all this via long distance calls and emails, while being the middle person between me and my sister.Julie and I talked practically every day; she listened to my needs and delivered. She returned all of my calls; even after hours. She is polite, professional, and remains calm through aggravating times. She looked out for my best interest, especially through our sudden water damage ordeal. Julie and I had met only once in person, and that was only to sign the final papers with the lawyer in Toronto. A knowledgeable agent! Julie was my agent for my condo search last year and she helped me find my dream condo downtown Toronto (in the Annex). The market was extremely tough for buyers at that time but Julie was patient with me and gave me great advice to navigate it all. And, at the end of the day, when I found the place I loved, she made sure the deal was finalized and signed within 12 hours of me viewing the unit. You cannot go wrong with this agent! She is professional and savvy.

My No. 1 Favorite Toronto Real Estate Agent This Toronto Real Estate Agent was recommended by a colleague whom she helped selling their old apartment and buying a new one. I hired her and must admit she delivered above expectations. This broker knows the city inside, and most importantly listens to you. As a first time home buyer, I found the process to be clearer and less intimidating with her help. Being new to the Toronto area I was nervous to step outside of the radius of work and home. She took me to areas that I could afford. I found her very comfortable to work with. She even came over and fixed my icemaker after I moved in! Her team's unmatched customer service and the intuition about the market is something none of my friends and acquaintances can boast of in their real estate agents. My Toronto real estate agent easily has the patience of a saint. In the future,I cannot see myself working with anyone but this agent for any of my real estate needs.

A Super Realtor I had set my hopes in finding a loft in a fun and vibrant area in Toronto and so I tasked Julie with this search for my perfect home. #1 Real Estate Agent! I was referred to Julie by my boyfriend who found her website on the Internet. I was a first time homebuyer and I found it quite daunting when I was trying to find and purchase a home where bidding wars and multiple offers are the reality in this current real estate market. Julie acted as my realtor in my recent purchase of my first condo.
